Cancellation Policy

1. Before Production Begins

Orders may be cancelled any time before production commences. If an advance has been paid, it may be subject to forfeiture and deduction of any costs already incurred (e.g. fabric or materials already procured), as communicated to you at the time of cancellation.

2. After Production Begins

Because most of our products are manufactured to your specific requirement — fabric, size, colour, and branding — cancellation is generally not possible once production has begun, as materials have already been cut and committed to your order.

3. Sample Requests

Sample requests may be cancelled any time before dispatch. Charges already incurred for sample production, if any, are non-refundable.

4. How to Request a Cancellation

Contact us as early as possible at pc@paapicreations.com or via WhatsApp with your order details. The earlier you reach out, the more likely we can accommodate a cancellation before production begins.
