High-Density Printing
An even taller, sharper-edged raised print than standard puff.
High-density printing is a more refined evolution of puff printing — a thick, silicone-based ink is built up in careful layers to create a taller, more sharply-defined raised surface with crisper edges than standard foaming puff ink achieves, closer to the embossed logo you’d see on premium streetwear or licensed sportswear than a typical screen-printed design. Because the ink is built up in a controlled layering process rather than a single foaming pass, fine detail and small text hold their shape better at height than standard puff printing can manage. It works best on simple, bold logo shapes on thicker cotton, fleece or hoodie fabric, and is typically reserved for premium or flagship branding rather than everyday bulk uniform runs, given the extra production time it takes compared to a flat print.
