We manufacture 100% customized knitted clothing in Tirupur. Everything from the color, GSM, fit (measurement), quantity, print, and embroidery. We make customization as per your need. So, we do not have any ready-made catalog.

Yes, we have plain polyester t-shirts available in stock (only white color)

We specialize in polyester fabrics, however our capabilities extend to cotton products too.

A “unit” is one single garment. Therefore our MOQ of 50 units per design and per color is referring to 50 single garments to make up a batch. A “unit” may also be called a “piece” or given as the abbreviation “pcs” when referring to multiple units.

Please note that all of our meetings are by appointment only.

GSM is the short form of “Gram per Square Meter”. It is not possible for a non-industry person to determine the GSM of a garment unless a lab test is done to determine the same. It is very unfortunate that a non-industry person normally while comparing the price of a garment of various manufacturers use G.S.M.as a bench mark.

160 & 180 GSM is a common GSM for round neck t-shirts.

220 & 240 GSM is a common GSM for polo t-shirts.

This is a myth, thickness of a garment does not guarantee its longevity.

The quality of a t-shirt is assured only by quality of raw materials & processes and not simply by GSM.   In order to give cheaper prices many companies increase the GSM alone and compromise on other parameters like using inferior quality carded/semi combed yarn, dyeing processes with cheaper dyes with no color fastness, steam calendaring instead of compacting, and printing with substandard dyes. And the garments are made by sub-contracting to local job work units without any quality inspection or procedure.

As a result of this, the t-shirt looks heavy but it will fail in all other qualities like dyeing fastness, feel, finish, shrinkage control, print quality

Yes, The Pricing will change with respect to GSM. Lower the GSM, Lower the fabric consumption thus lower the price.

There are various qualities of cotton yarn. Combed cotton is superior to semi or carded. Cotton balls start surfacing after a few washes if the yarn is a semi combed or carded.

Knitted cotton always shrinks on wash. However, the shrinkage is reduced by a process of compacting the fabric whereby the shrinkage is less than 5% (internationally accepted norm.)

T-Shirts may bleed on first wash if Dark colors, PaaPi Creations T-Shirts are guaranteed for color fastness. T Shirts will not fade away on frequent wash. Color Bleeding & fading normally occurs when poor quality of dyes are used to save on cost of manufacture.

First of all, we will collect all your requirements. Then, we will make a sample for you. Once you are happy with the sample, we will proceed with the bulk.

We usually request 80% advance payment for order confirmation (Bank deposit / wire / Online Transfer) and Remaining 20% before Dispatching or on Delivery

Yes! We provide you with a free digital mockup of each design we make. And, if you want to make any changes, we’ll provide you with another digital mockup of that change free of charge. Production will not begin on your order until we receive an artwork approval from you.

As for seeing a physical, screen-printed or embroidered sample, you can get paid samples (Plain or T-shirt with some other print) to feel the quality. Return the sample & get refund.

In case of urgency our turnaround time could be a few working days with printing from our stock colors and styles. Ideally we need 7–10 days to manufacture order specific styles. Nevertheless, the same too varies depending upon various factors such as style, quality and quantity.

Because PaaPi Creations T-shirts are custom designed, one-of-a-kind creations, it is not possible to return them for a refund.

Yes, we provide samples before ordering.

No, we do not offer free samples. Every day, we get lots of sample requests and enquiries. In order to find the right customer, we ask them to pay for the sample. The sample cost will be reduced in the bulk order. For repeat customers, we do not charge for samples.

We usually take 3-5 days for sample making (It depends on customer requirements).

Yes, of course! We can make PP Samples before production. In fact, we often recommend these because they help to make sure that everyone is on the same page.

For printing we need a .CDR (corel draw with convert to curves or publish to service bureau) or .AI (Adobe illustrator) or EPS file with text converted to curves. For embroidery a good quality JPG file will suffice. In either case a physical printout is very imperative to match the colors. Please note that the color on the monitor and output may differ.

Yes. Any print or embroidery that can be done on knitted apparel can be done. You can give us a sample or let us know what print you need, and we will do it for you.
