PaaPi Creations manufactures every order at our own factory in Tiruppur — India's largest knitwear export hub — rather than outsourcing production to third parties. Cutting, stitching, printing, embroidery, quality control, packing and dispatch all happen under one roof, which is what makes consistent quality and 7–15 day turnarounds possible even on large bulk orders.
Every Stage, In-House
Cutting
Fabric is laid and cut to pattern, with every piece checked against size specifications before it moves to stitching.
Stitching
Skilled machine operators assemble each garment, with in-line checks at each stage of construction.
Printing
Screen printing, DTF, DTG and sublimation — all done in-house, so placement and colour match the approved sample exactly.
Embroidery
Multi-head embroidery machines handle logos and branding with consistent stitch density across the full order.
Quality Control
Every order goes through 3-stage inspection — fabric, in-process, and final — before it's cleared for packing.
Packing
Garments are folded, tagged and packed to your specification, ready for transit without re-handling.
Dispatch
Orders are tracked from our dock to your delivery address, pan-India.
