1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and any order placed with PaaPi Creations ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders & Quotations

Quotations provided via this website, email, or WhatsApp are estimates based on the information provided and are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated. An order is confirmed only once both parties agree on product, quantity, pricing, and delivery timeline in writing, and any required advance payment is received.

3. Minimum Order Quantity

Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is stated on our product and quote pages and may vary by product, fabric, and printing method.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment terms (advance percentage, balance on dispatch, etc.) will be confirmed at the time of order and stated in your invoice.

5. Customisation & Branding

By submitting a logo, design, or branding element for printing or embroidery, you confirm that you own the rights to use it, or have the necessary permissions, and you indemnify PaaPi Creations against any third-party claim arising from its use.

6. Production Timeline

Standard production time is 7–15 working days from sample approval, subject to order size and product complexity. Timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to production commencing. Once cancelled, any advance paid may be subject to forfeiture and deduction of costs already incurred (e.g. fabric or materials already procured), as communicated to you at the time of cancellation. Once production has begun, cancellation may not be possible as materials are cut and committed to your order.

8. Limitation of Liability

PaaPi Creations' liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu.
