How Sampling Works
What You Can Sample
A physical stitched sample, a fabric swatch, or a digital mockup of your logo on the product — whichever suits your requirement and timeline.
Sample Cost
Samples are provided with charges adjusted against your final bulk order. If you don't proceed with a bulk order, sample charges are non-refundable.
What Approval Locks In
Once you approve a sample, that fabric, colour, GSM, sizing, and branding placement becomes the spec for your bulk order — and is kept on file for future repeat orders.
Timeline Impact
Sample production and approval happen before your 7–15 working day bulk production window starts — so approving quickly keeps your overall timeline shorter.
