Shipping Policy

1. Production Time

Orders are manufactured to order at our factory in Tiruppur. Standard production time is 7–15 working days from sample/design approval, depending on order size and complexity. This is separate from courier transit time.

2. Delivery Coverage

We deliver pan-India via reputed tracked courier and logistics partners. Delivery to remote areas may take longer than metro cities.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, are communicated to you at the time of quotation, based on order weight, packaging and destination.

4. Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp so you can follow your order to delivery.

5. Delays

While we aim to meet every stated timeline, production and delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (courier delays, raw material availability, force majeure events). We will proactively inform you of any significant delay.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order doesn't arrive within the expected window, or arrives damaged in transit, contact us at pc@paapicreations.com with your order details so we can investigate with our logistics partner.
